As part of our ‘putting people first’ ethos here at SMHC, we are delighted to have relaunched our in-person Employee Awards over the summer to show our colleagues we value them and the contributions they make to the success of their teams and the company.
The award ceremonies were held during a summer party hosted by each setting. It was a wonderful opportunity for colleagues, service users, families, and guardians to come together for food, fun and games in the sunshine.
