We’re here to help make things as simple as possible…
- Get in Touch
Send your CV and we’ll see if we are a good fit. Successful applications typically have an informal call with us so we can learn more about your skills and experience, and for you to hear more about us and the role. - Interview
If we’re a match, we’ll organise an interview, usually face-to-face. If you need any reasonable adjustments, let us know so we can ensure you’re able to bring your best self to the interview. - Offer
We aim to respond to every candidate within 2 – 4 working days. If you are successful we’ll call you to run through your offer. - Start Date and Onboarding
There will be paperwork to do before your start date. We will be in touch to run through this with you.

Hi, I’m Sunder, my career started at St Matthews Healthcare back in 2000 where I worked as a part-time carer whilst studying for my nursing degree at University. Since then my career has thrived & developed, I have had the opportunity to work in many roles such as Deputy Manager, Registered Manager, Associate Director & now as the Director of Operations.
St Matthews Healthcare believes in investing and developing in People and seeing them grow to their full potential.
